We represented the principals in construction, design, and decorating the first food hall in Connecticut. The architecture of this 20,000 square-foot historical structure had a lot to say to say to us and challenged us to help it conform to today’s codes and standards. No cookie cutter here (and no pun intended). We love this project because every one of its eclectic elements tested our adaptability and stylistic sensibilities. As just one example, we re-purposed the wooden beams from the building as tables and benches.
