We picked up the furnishings from our Guilford project and hadn’t even gotten back when a realtor from South Windsor called and asked us to stage a house there. With a few pieces from the Guilford project, a new sofa and chairs, and some pieces to accent the structure’s farmhouse minimalism, we staged the property on December 17. The Christmas and New Year’s holidays notwithstanding, the SOLD sign was up three weeks later.
